Manufactured in a fully automated and computerized Raschel machine, that weaves together thousands of High Tenacity Polypropylene fibres into a knotless, woven Safety Net. Each side of the Safety Net has an overstitched PE-locking on the perimeter to avoid tearing in the net. Dscaff Fall Arrest Safety Nets are manufactured in full compliance with EN1263-1&2 and ASNZ4567 and are equipped with Individual ID-labels and 3 extra test cords for annual UV-deterioration testing, ensuring Construction Health and Safety Management that the Safety Equipment on Site is still compliant.
When Working at Height, the Safety Nets works as Fall Protection System for workers above, by way absorption of the energy created during the fall, the inter twined meshes are released slowly through cords system in the nets. It also works as overhead protection for workers below or members of public and traffic when installed in critical and elevated risk environments. The Fall Arrest Safety Nets are supplied in 100x100mm / 60x60mm / 45x45mm apertures with 5mm diameter thick thread. Material catching nets and Debris Nets can be added onto the Safety Nets to give added fall protection and preventing small objects and items to fall through the Nets.
