Dscaff Engineering is currently engaged by Tialoc Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (project main contractor) to execute the scaffolding package for an MNC factory (Phase 2) at Batu Kawan Industrial Park (BKIP), Seberang Perai, Penang. The scope of the scaffolding work includes erection of walkway barriers, access scaffolding for pile cap construction, substructures and above ground structures.
The scaffolding work commenced in September 2021 and the target completion is in July 2022. For the project, the scaffold design comprises of modular and tubular.
The installation of scaffolding for the above ground structure work has started in January 2022 and is expected to be main focus of activities for February and March 2022.
Dscaff is confident that the scaffolding project at this MNC, Batu Kawan will be a stepping stone for entry into other industrial areas in the Northern Region of peninsular Malaysia.
